OTP to start the ride
The driver cannot start your trip until you read out your OTP. It confirms you got into the right car, with the right driver.
Every driver is verified
Driving licence, RC, insurance, PAN, Aadhaar and a profile photo — checked and approved by our team before a driver can take a single ride.
Live tracking
Follow the car on the map for the whole trip, from pickup to drop.
Verified arrival
A driver can only mark themselves as arrived once they are genuinely at your pickup point — no waiting for a car that is still streets away.
Ratings both ways
You rate your driver and your driver rates you. Both records build up over time, and both are visible to us.
Driver verification
Checked before they go online.
A driver cannot accept a single ride until our team has reviewed their paperwork and approved the account. These are the documents every one of them submits.

What happens on a real ride.

- 5At the end, you rate the driver and the driver rates you.
